Medical Esthetician / Laser Technician & Marketing Coordinator
Vitality Laser Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing clinic on a part-time independent contractor basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both client care and the business side of aesthetics. While there will be some treatment time, a significant portion of this role involves marketing, business development, social media content creation, and helping support the continued growth of the clinic.
What You'll Be DoingMarketing & Business Development
- Creating social media content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and educational posts
- Keeping our Google Business Profile active and up to date
- Working alongside our advertising agency
- Developing cross-promotional opportunities with other businesses
- Helping organize collaborative events, promotions, and community partnerships
- Assisting with email marketing and client communication
- Contributing ideas that help grow the business
Clinical Responsibilities
- Performing aesthetic treatments within your scope of training
- Conducting consultations and recommending appropriate treatments
- Educating clients on skincare ingredients, treatment options, and home care
- Assisting with treatment planning and client follow-up
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics
- Strong social media content creation skills
- Professional, mature, reliable, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Comfortable working independently
Experience with the following is considered an asset:
- Laser treatments and laser hair removal
- RF microneedling
- SkinPen microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Medical-grade skincare
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of skin conditions, skincare ingredients, and treatment planning, and is confident making appropriate recommendations based on each client's goals and concerns.

Vitality Laser Clinic is a boutique, home-based medical aesthetics clinic that has been growing steadily for the past five years.
I operate a one-client-at-a-time treatment model with a strong focus on education, relationships, and personalized care. There is no busy waiting room environment and no pressure to rush clients through appointments. My goal is to provide exceptional results while building long-term relationships based on trust and honest recommendations.
Position Details
- Independent contractor position
- Approximately 60 hours per month
- Approximately 2 days per week
- Compensation starting at $25/hour (based on experience)
This position has the potential to grow into additional hours, greater responsibility, and increased in-clinic treatment time as the business continues to expand.
Applicants may work at another clinic; however, due to the nature of this role, candidates cannot provide social media management, marketing, advertising, or business development services to a competing clinic.
