We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support and grow relationships with our retail partners across designated territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact retail customers within assigned territories by phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, educational programs, and company initiatives.
- Recommend products based on customers' business needs and market trends.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and marketing teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
- Follow up on quotations, backorders, and outstanding opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the quilting, sewing, crafting, or textile industry is an asset but not required.
