Private Coach Job Description Requirements
- Must hold relevant coaching certification
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Prior experience teaching children or youth is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- First Aid / CPR certification is an asset
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group private training sessions
- Design and implement individualized training programs
- Instruct basic physical conditioning, coordination, and sport-specific skills
- Ensure training safety and correct techniques when needed
- Communicate with parents/athletes regarding progress
