Overview:
As a Delivery Coordinator in an RV dealership, you will assist customers during vehicle delivery and follow-up after delivery to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Coordinate completed service units for customer delivery
Schedule customer pick-ups and ensure timelines are met
Verify all service work is completed and quality-checked prior to delivery
Review invoices, warranty claims, and paperwork for accuracy
Walk customers through completed service work at pick-up
Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and delivery-ready
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff
Track delivery KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
Handle post-delivery follow-ups and resolve minor issues
Maintain accurate delivery records within the DMS/CRM system
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in service/service management.
Knowledge of the RV industry is an asset, specifically an understanding of components and parts.
Automotive or customer service experience is preferred.
Must have proficient English communication skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer services skills.
Problem solving and listening skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in industry-specific software.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
