Wage: $25/hour
Weekly Schedule: 15-25 hours a week. (2-3 shifts a week)
- Thursdays: 2:30pm-9pm
- 2:30-5pm: Prep, 5pm-9pm: bistro is open
- Fridays: 10:30am-4:00pm
- Saturdays: 10:30am-4:00pm
- Sundays: 10:30am-4:00pm

The Bistro at the Winery is open from 5pm-9pm on Thursdays and 11am-4pm from Fridays to Sundays.
We’re looking for a cook that can operate our bistro during the schedule above. The menu is simple, consisting of pizzas & sharables; sharables including charcuterie, dips, dip flights, calamari, & more. The prep on Thursdays would consist of prepping pizza dough, creating dips, packing dips into containers, dicing vegetables, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
Qualifications
- Transportation to the winery is necessary
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred- not necessary
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
