We are hiring hardworking and reliable team members to join our exterior home maintenance crew for the upcoming season. This role involves working outdoors on residential homes providing professional exterior cleaning services.

Job Responsibilities
- Window cleaning on residential homes (interior and exterior)
- Gutter cleaning and debris removal
- Pressure washing siding, driveways, decks, and walkways
- Polymeric sand installation and restoration for interlocking driveways and patios
- Safely using ladders and cleaning equipment
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site
- Providing friendly and respectful service to homeowners
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work
- Ability to work on ladders and at heights
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required
