Carling Volvo is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Service Drive to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome, efficient assistance, and a seamless service experience.
This role is critical to the daily flow of our dealership, helping manage customer arrivals, vehicle movement, service support, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer immediately upon arrival and create a professional, welcoming first impression
- Assist customers with service appointments, vehicle drop-off flow, and direct them efficiently to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Coordinate vehicle parking, staging, and movement for service appointments and customer pickups
- Support loaner vehicle check-in/check-out process
- Ensure service drive presentation remains clean and organized
- Support dealership CSI and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with vehicle movement and valet parking
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership’s service area
- Support tire storage and Tirelink coordination
- Assist with vehicle presentation
- Help with shuttle service when required
- Support parts receiving and general dealership operations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer-facing personality
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume customer traffic
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles safely
