The Job:
As a Casual Banquet Server, you’ll be responsible for setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and providing friendly, attentive service throughout events. Duties will include greeting guests, taking drink orders, delivering plated meals, and ensuring all service standards are met. You’ll work closely with the banquet and culinary teams to maintain smooth, efficient, and memorable event service.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a clear criminal record check and valid ServRite certification. Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant service experience is an asset, but a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll need to be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Access to reliable transportation is considered an asset for early, late, or off-site event shifts.
