Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and promote overall wellness through expert treatments. This role involves delivering high-quality services, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster client loyalty and support the growth of our salon.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on nail and skin care routines and recommend appropriate products or additional services.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell retail products and additional salon services to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail work.
- Certification or licensing as required by state or local regulations.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures.
- Skills in nail care, retail sales, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work during salon hours, including weekends if needed.
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
