OS Property Services is seeking reliable and motivated 4th Class Power Engineers to join our on-call team and temporary full-time team for temporary shift coverage in Richmond and Vancouver. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are:
- Experienced (5+Yrs) Looking to supplement their income with flexible shifts or pick up extra shifts (shifts start anywhere between 6am and 8am Mon-Fri)
- New graduates seeking hands-on experience in commercial or residential building operations
You'll be stepping into existing facilities teams to support the smooth operation of building systems, boiler systems often covering for team members on vacation or short-term leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor building systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, etc.)
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
- Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and service requests
- Maintain logs, records, and shift reports as required
- Communicate effectively with building staff and management
Qualifications:
- Valid 4th Class Power Engineer Certification or equivalent(BC)
- Previous building operations experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
- Professionalism and reliability are a must
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
