Job Duties

Meeting deadlines established with customers

Operating dry cleaning and laundry machines

Sorting, bagging and tagging all garments and household items
- Schedule staff according to workload

Offer excellent customer service and able to make good judgements on the spot

Support alteration staff on preparation work as required

Order and maintain shop supplies

Supervise staff and provide direction to meet product delivery schedule

Job Descriptions

Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience required

Have basic sewing knowledge and able to use an industrial machines

Ability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends required

Knowledge in drycleaning and alteration processes is an asset

Speak fluent English

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
