Position Overview
The Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office operations, customer service, procurement, sales coordination, and export project support.
This role ensures smooth workflow between customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal operations, while maintaining accurate records, profitability tracking, and timely project execution.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a technical industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage overall office operations.
· Answer incoming phone calls, handle customer inquiries, and manage order intake.
· Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders.
· Obtain competitive supplier quotations and support procurement activities.
· Manage purchasing, deliveries, and supplier coordination.
· Maintain and monitor inventory levels and provide regular reporting.
· Track accounts receivable and accounts payable, and update records in the system.
· Maintain job profitability and support cost control activities.
· Update job progress in the system and ensure timely follow-up through to completion.
· Prepare invoices accurately and ensure timely issuance.
· Arrange logistics for overseas sales and export shipments.
· Coordinate and follow up on export projects from start to completion.
· Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO as required.
Qualifications
· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in technical inside sales, operations, or business coordination.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
· Experience with industrial equipment or technical products is an asset
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
