Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Educate clients and caregivers to support independence and safety at home
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document care
- Provide compassionate, client-centered care
Qualifications
Required:
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Registered Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
- Valid Canadian driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
Preferred:
- Geriatric and/or neurological experience
- Experience working in community or home care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in ongoing professional development
