```Duties```
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in industrial settings
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Fabricate and install parts as needed to repair or improve machinery
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair work
- Familiarity with CMMS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or climbing ladders
