Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in automotive repair, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Duties
- Perform diagnostics and repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for automotive repair tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Be able to perform oil changes, tire balance tire change over off and on rim
Skills
- Proven dealership experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Capability to read and understand schematics for effective troubleshooting.
