Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Mechanic to join our team. Candidate must have extensive experience in truck repairs, heavy equipment maintenance, and industrial machinery. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of trucks and heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Truck Mechanic will utilize a broad range of skills including welding, electrical work, and mechanical troubleshooting, with an emphasis on customer service and safety compliance.
Duties
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
- Inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- Test automotive systems and components
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
- Repair or replace mechanical units or components
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
- Perform scheduled maintenance service
- Test and adjust units to specificationsts
