Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on authentic Ukrainian cuisine and high-quality execution. We are building a strong, reliable team and are looking for a dishwasher who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
The Role:
As a dishwasher, you play a key role in supporting kitchen operations. This position is ideal for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
● Support the kitchen team during busy service
● Assist with basic cleaning tasks and closing duties
● Ensure all sanitation and safety standards are followed
What We’re Looking For:
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure
● Strong attention to detail
● Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
● Good communication skills
● Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
● Availability on weekends
Bonus:
● Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience (preferred, but not required)
● Willingness to learn and grow—we’re happy to train the right person
Schedule:
● 8–10 hour shifts
● Evening shifts
● Weekends as needed
