Must Haves:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working in large project and/or program environments within government jurisdictions and/or large private sector organizations.
- 5+ years of experience using Salesforce technologies, including Visualforce, configurations, Apex classes, Apex web services, APIs, AppExchange deployments, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, with the ability to design and build LWC components.

Well-organized self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies, and capable of providing detailed technical solution design and effort estimation.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.

Demonstrated experience analyzing system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and target states, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.

Technical Capabilities:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools such as Apache NiFi, Kafka, RapidMQ, with a strong understanding of integration patterns.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience using Salesforce technologies, including Visualforce, configurations, Apex classes, Apex web services, APIs, AppExchange deployments, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, with the ability to design and build LWC components.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing one or more Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Marketing Cloud, Agent force, or Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce native or hybrid mobile applications and integrating with Salesforce CRM.

Deliverables:
The Specialist will be responsible for delivering architecture, design, and technical solution outcomes, including:
- Configure and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud components supporting the redesigned 311 interface
- Develop frontend components and user interaction flows, including forms and service request journeys
- Integrate Experience Cloud with Service Cloud backend processes
- Configure user authentication, security, and access models
- Provide technical design documentation, including:
o Solution architecture inputs
o Configuration and development artifacts
- Support unit, integration, and system testing activities, including issue identification and resolution
- Prepare deployment packages and support go-live activities
- Provide post-launch support and stabilization
- Deliver knowledge transfer documentation and handover to City teams
- Ensure all deliverables align with:
o City governance standards
o Accessibility requirements (AODA/WCAG)
