We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealing
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and buffet stations, including cleaning utensils and equipment
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service
- Busing tables and clearing plates to ensure a tidy dining environment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Restock supplies and assist with meal preparation when necessary
- Support catering or banquet setups if required
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating excellent communication skills and guest relations
Skills
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety protocols, and proper handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with cleaning duties including sanitation of kitchen areas and dining spaces
- Host/host experience or guest services background is advantageous
- Basic knife skills, meal preparation knowledge, and culinary experience are beneficial
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required for cashiering duties
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for guest interactions
