Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Maintain organized sales areas and ensure compliance with company standards
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and perform duties within scheduled shifts
- Demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and organizational skills during customer interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, especially in serving diverse customer populations
- Familiarity with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, and basic math for transactions is advantageous
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills is essential
- Experience in upselling techniques and time management will contribute to success in this role
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, good phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: $18.75-$22.00 per hour
