H.S. Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Labourer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is looking for long-term employment with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly lawn mowing, trimming, and edging services.
- Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean up grass clippings and debris from properties.
- Assist with seasonal cleanups, mulching, garden maintenance, and landscaping projects.
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients.
- Work as part of a team to complete routes efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
- Valid G Driver's License.
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset 1-2 years.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule
- Full-Time / Seasonal
- Monday to Friday
- 10–12 hour shifts during peak season
- weekends as required
Pay
$19–$22 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
