Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member(s) to join our dynamic service team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient expert knowledge of systems and proceedures, attentive service, and maintaining high standards of safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the customer service industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Previous Sales, Rental, or shipping experience is a plus, but we welcome eager learners ready to grow within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems, including a variety of rental and shipping programs, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, facility inside and out.
- Assist with loading, unloading and cleaning of all Rental equipment.
- Engage in upselling services to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service and order accuracy
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth facility operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service and cash handleing are preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially WEB bassed data entry programs.
- Strong understanding of basic safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting as required up to 50lbs as needed
- A positive team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Fluent in English speaking and writting
- Open availability Mon to Sat 9am-5pm
