Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist and Office Assistant to join our team in Calgary. This role is vital in maintaining smooth administrative operations at our security company. Your contribution will help us uphold our mission of proactive security management.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Dispatch out necessary calls to any actively working guards and mobile units.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling and administrative support tasks.
- Handle filing, correspondence, and document proofreading.
- Support office operations using Microsoft Office.
- Ensure a welcoming environment and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or reception roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
