Five Roads Brewing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales program across the Lower Mainland and beyond. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow distribution in both on-premise and off-premise channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with liquor stores, restaurants, bars, and distributors
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand Five Roads’ market presence
- Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity
- Maintain regular account visits and deliver exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to align sales efforts with brewery operations
- Represent Five Roads Brewing at events, tastings, and festivals
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the craft beer, beverage,
- Strong knowledge of the BC liquor market and distribution system
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Passion for craft beer and the craft brewing community

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
