Duties

- Communicate clearly and professionally using excellent phone etiquette and active listening techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and Spanish, ensuring all communication is clear and effective.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
