What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a full-service, high-volume, casual-upscale kitchen with a scratch-cooking, made-to-order menu.
- Strong grasp of steak/protein cookery, sauces, and consistent plate presentation.
- Ability to develop and refine menu items that appeal to a diverse, broad-based guest audience.
- Comfort working across lunch, dinner, and late-night service in a fast-paced lounge environment.
- Strong leadership, food cost awareness, and kitchen management skills.
