What You'll Do
- Design and deliver personalized training programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and fitness level.
- Build strong relationships that keep clients motivated, accountable, and achieving results.
- Coach clients with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Create a welcoming and positive training experience for every client.
- Track client progress and make program adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that puts clients first.
Qualifications
- Current certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, CSEP-CPT, CanFitPro, or an equivalent nationally recognized certification.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients from all backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others improve their quality of life.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to continually learn and develop as a coach.
- Ability to create safe, effective, and engaging workout programs for clients of varying ages, abilities, and experience levels.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
