Trust Beer is a craft beer-focused bar in downtown St. Catharines with a large patio, a vast beer selection, and a tight food program (tacos & apps) built for speed in an open kitchen. Prep and service is simple, but can be very fast-paced during peak times.
Cooking at Trust is a lot like bartending - similar hours, environment, and a fully equal gratuity split with service staff. Like bartending, the hourly rate is far from the total of a cook's earnings at Trust Beer Bar. Hourly compensation starts at minimum wage, but cash tips range anywhere from an additional $7-$20/hour depending on the shift and time of year.
