What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a Forklift & Reach Truck Operator with strong technical skills to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate inventory movement using our ERP system (Odoo) while safely operating forklifts and reach trucks to support production and outbound shipping.
You’ll receive, pick, move, and ship materials daily but system accuracy is just as important as physical handling. This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, follows process, and understands that clean data drives the entire operation. Hours are (3pm-10:30PM with flexibility)

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Accurately process all inventory transactions in Odoo ERP using tablets, including receiving, picking, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using a counterbalance forklift
- Move, locate, relocate, and store materials using a reach truck in racked environments
- Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through disciplined system transactions and physical verification
- Perform regular cycle counts and support root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentation and system records
- Repack, consolidate, and re-stack pallets as required for storage or shipment
- Use warehouse management software to track load movements and status changes in real time
- Follow all safety procedures and operational best practices
- Complete other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
You should be familiar with:
- Workplace safety standards and applicable legislation (Occupational Health & Safety Act, internal safety policies)
- Operating material handling equipment and understanding basic machine functions
- Strong computer fundamentals (navigating apps, email, basic troubleshooting)
- Confident with basic math (counts, weights, quantities, measurements)
Ideally, you'll have:
- High comfort level using tablets for work (non-negotiable)
- Experience using handheld scanners and barcode systems
- Previous experience with warehouse software or ERP/WMS platforms
(Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc. considered assets)
- Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
- Valid Reach Truck License
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and workload independently
