Foothills Animal Hospital in Okotoks, AB is looking for a full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy team. Our new team member will have a positive attitude, love working with people and animals, and be proficient in typing, spelling and grammar. You can't be shy! You will spend a lot of time with our clients. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential!
As a Veterinary Receptionist, your duties will include filling our appointment book, client care and education, and administrative duties. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and the last person they see before they leave, so you need to make a great impression!
This is a full time, permanent position. Your schedule may consist of a compressed work week (4 x 10 hour days) or it may be a typical 5 x 8 hour days. Wage will be dependent on applicant’s experience.
