ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes but is not limited to:
- Engage and work with children and adults
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare professionals to identify the best course of action in treatment and therapy for the individuals.
- Send out periodic updates and reviews
- Development, coordination, and implementation of plans and strategies to promote and expand outreach for our charity
- Coordinate other projects or projects initiated by the organization.
- Plan, develop and establish policies and objectives of the organization.
- Manage and monitor event budgets
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/ Psychology / Medicine/ Mental Health
- 3+ years of experience working in a Canadian charitable foundation, in fundraising, donor, or partner engagement.
- Empathy and passion for working and encouraging change in society
- The capacity to lead, motivate and effectively communicate
- Strong problem-solving skills
