Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Brand Representative / Pop-Up Sales Associate to support our vintage luxury jewelry pop-up in Vancouver.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, vintage accessories, customer interaction, and social media. You will represent our brand at pop-up locations, assist customers, manage basic on-site sales, and help maintain simple social media updates such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat posts.
We are looking for someone responsible, stable, detail-oriented, and motivated by sales performance. This is a part-time position with base pay plus bonus opportunities.
Duties
- Represent the brand at Vancouver pop-up locations in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and closing the pop-up display
- Introduce products to customers and answer basic questions
- Provide a positive shopping experience and help generate sales
- Post basic updates on Xiaohongshu and WeChat using provided content or direction
- Maintain product displays and keep items organized during pop-up hours
- Carefully handle and monitor inventory on site
- Collect customer feedback and share useful insights with the team
- Communicate clearly with the team about sales, customer interests, and daily updates
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain a responsible, trustworthy attitude
Requirements
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or pop-up experience is preferred
- Interest in fashion, vintage jewelry, luxury accessories, or lifestyle products
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products
- Basic experience with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, or short-form social media is preferred
- Mandarin-speaking ability is strongly preferred
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable, especially for weekend pop-up shifts
- Detail-oriented and careful when handling inventory
- Self-motivated and willing to work toward sales bonus opportunities
- Able to work independently after training
- Must be available for 1 to 2 days per week, on weekends
Compensation
- Base pay plus sales bonus
