About the Role
We are looking for a technical generalist who loves to turn ideas and specifications into working systems.
This role is for someone who enjoys problem solving, moves fast, and makes good use of AI tools to accomplish tasks rapidly. You will work directly with an executive to optimize, build, automate, prototype, and troubleshoot projects that can potentially range from software development to automation to digital marketing optimization to app or hardware workflow automation, the final scope of which will depend upon your breadth of interest and ability to rapidly adapt.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys being dropped into unfamiliar problems and finding a practical way forward.
What You’ll Do
You will work across projects such as:
- Building lightweight apps, scripts, databases, dashboards, and internal tools
- Automating workflows between software systems, forms, spreadsheets, APIs, and databases
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to code, debug, prototype, and learn faster
- Designing or modifying simple CAD files, 3D-printed parts, enclosures, or physical prototypes
- Connecting physical and digital systems, including basic robotics, sensors, devices, or lab/office workflows
- Building AI chatbots, API pipelines, and automation tools for sales, marketing, and operations
- Writing scripts to improve keyword bidding, ad placement, funnel tracking, and conversion workflows

Useful Background
You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you should have real hands-on ability in several of these areas:
- Full Stack Development : Wordpress, RDBS, AWS, Python, Javascript, React, etc.
- Other Software Skills : Neo4j or ArangoDB and graph data science, AI based data mining/ mapping, React Native & Android/ iPhone app deployment
- Office Workflow automation : Hubspot, Zapier, n8n, etc.
- Design Engineering : 3D modeling/ printing, prototyping
- Lab Automation : Scheduling and orchestration software, robotic material handling, mechatronics, robotics, etc.
- AI-assisted development : AI chatbot deployment, GPT training
- Digital Marketing : Google Analytics, Google Ads API, Meta Graph API, programmatic bidding, marketing analytics, SEO, etc.
The Right Person
The right person is a capable generalist who is eager to take on a job where they get to be part software builder, part automation engineer, part IT problem solver, part prototyper, and part technical marketer...
You do not need to have experience with everything, but you must have the ability to pick up new tools and languages quickly and to begin using them to do productive work while on the learning curve, using AI as an enabler.
