ABOUT THE JOB
Position: Line Cook
Terms of Employment: Full time/Part time
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook full course meals
- Make adjustments as necessary for patrons with allergies, intolerance or social diets
- Ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent
- Follow all recipe and presentation specifications
- Work with specialized cooking equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards
- Clean and maintain station with good safety and sanitation
- Open to learning and developing culinary skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in a restaurant required
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate well with back of house and front of house staff
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is required
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
