Duties may include but are not limited to:
1. Create POs in internal system based on request, change/revise according to new information
2. Arrange shipment as POs requested timely
3. Update PO status to sales and customers weekly
4. Receive PODs provided by suppliers and bill orders on time
5. Check inventory discrepancies monthly with internal team
6. Arrange inventory transfer based on order and inventory distribution
7. Communicate with sales and internal SCM team closely
8. Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to excel in their respective roles
9. Other jobs if required
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and at least 1 years’ experience in order management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Strong computer related skills, including Microsoft Excel, are mandatory
3. Must possess detail orientation, solid execution capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines with appropriate priorities
4. Work effectively and collaboratively across departments and functions
5. Problem solving skills needed for successful execution of position
