Job Summary:
You will play a vital role in providing a smooth and organized experience for customers who
bring their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. This position involves scheduling
appointments, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the service team in maintaining
an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to
detail, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Scheduling & Communication
○ Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online requests to schedule
service appointments.
○ Placing outbound calls to customers to help drive additional service
appointments.
○ Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments via phone, email,
or SMS.
2. Appointment Coordination
○ Efficiently schedule appointments to maximize shop capacity
○ Work closely with the service manager and service advisors to balance the
shop’s workload.
○ Reschedule and adjust appointments as needed to accommodate customer
or shop needs.
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
○ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, promoting a
welcoming and professional environment.
○ Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to the
appropriate team member as necessary.
○ Provide information on dealership promotions, warranties, and service
packages when relevant.
4. Administrative Duties
○ Input customer information and vehicle details into the scheduling system with
accuracy.
○ Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and service histories
up-to-date in CRM system.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in automotive
services is a plus.
● Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive industry or a
service-related field.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
● Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with automotive service management software (experience with specific
programs like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc., may be preferred).
● Basic understanding of automotive terminology is helpful.
● May be required to work some evenings or Saturdays based on dealership hours

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
