Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support our window film installation projects from inception to completion. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining effective communication across teams, as well as any other administrative/supporting tasks assigned by management.
This central position bridges the gap between sales, workshop, installation, and management — making sure every project stays organized, on schedule, and accurately tracked.
Office Hours: 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating between different stakeholders.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive, General CRM Software
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
