STUDIO EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE POSITION
Pvolve Calgary is looking for an upbeat, people-loving person to join our Front of House team! If you’re great with guests, love a tidy space, and are excited about helping women feel strong and confident through movement, we’d love to meet you.
This is a part-time role—great for someone with open availability, a flexible schedule, and who’s comfortable with hours that may vary week to week.
When we need you (ranges):
- Weekends
- Morning and/or evening shifts
- Must be flexible and open to picking up shifts as needed

We’re all about helping people feel amazing in their bodies through functional movement—every day. We offer both in-studio and online workouts, along with our patented fitness equipment and growing retail line. Our vibe? Supportive, empowering, and always moving.
Your Role:
- Greet members and guests with a smile—you're the first face they see!
- Keep the studio looking fresh and clean (yes, even folding towels and tidying bathrooms)
- Help reset the studio and clean equipment between classes to keep things fresh and ready to go
- Help members check in for class and get familiar with our gear
- Answer questions about our memberships, packages, and retail items
- Assist with retail sales and restocking
- Occasionally help out with phone calls, emails, and general studio operations
- Be part of flipping the room and cleaning equipment in between classes
- Be part of a positive, supportive team
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
- Someone who enjoys movement and shares our passion for wellness
- Flexible schedule with ability to commit to at least 2 shifts per week (including one weekend if needed)
- Comfortable using a computer and handling simple admin tasks
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Pay: Starting at$15/hour
Location: Calgary, AB (in-person role)
