We are seeking a dedicated and creative Assistant Floral Designer to join our team. Duties
- Assist senior floral designers in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily retail displays.
- Help manage merchandising efforts by organizing floral products, seasonal displays, and promotional materials to enhance visual appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with selections, answering questions about floral products, and offering design suggestions.
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tools, supplies, and display areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and meet sales goals through effective communication skills.Qualifications
- Previous experience or interest in horticulture, gardening, or floral design is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in arranging flowers and managing displays.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail sales, cashiering, and merchandising is desirable.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative independently.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or social media marketing is advantageous.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
