Rob Clarke Automotive is expanding and looking for a personable, passionate and dedicated service advisor! We are a small, local based shop that pride ourselves on the quality of work and experience we provide to our customers. If your priority is to help take care of customers and their vehicles, this is the place for you!
We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
What Rob Clarke Automotive is looking for:
-Punctuality: Making sure you're at work on time and ready to go!
-Attitude and demeanour: Greeting customers positively and making sure to provide a pleasant experience while here.
-Attention to detail and follow through: Making sure quotes are done with an appropriate amount of accuracy and relaying that information back to the customer within an appropriate time frame.
-Multitasking: Often you will need to be able to juggle more than one thing at a time. Answering phone calls and finishing up a work order is a normal day on the job!
-Costar Experience: Our shop uses Costar for booking/ordering.
