Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing FMCG grocery distribution team. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, grocery sales, invoicing, purchase order handling, and deliveries. This role offers a flexible work environment with opportunities for growth and additional commission earnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory handling
- Prepare invoices and place Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate and support grocery chain sales activities
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Perform product deliveries when required
- Load/unload products and organize warehouse stock
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Support order fulfillment and distribution activities
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of invoicing and PO processing
- Sales experience in grocery chains or FMCG industry preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Delivery experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
