Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with requests for repairs and quotes
- Schedule customer in for repairs
- Look up and find parts required for repairs
- Look up labour times for jobs, and have an understanding of overlap
- Build Quotes to be presented to the customer in a professional manor
- Utilize your strong customer service skills to gather info from customers and relay info to service team
Required
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of an automobile and systems related to automobiles
- Ability to work alone or with others
- Great communication skills, face to face, over the phone, and via email
- Excellent attention to detail
- G class drivers license
- Experience with Costar and Autoleap is an asset
Pay rate is based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
