About Aethos Interiors
We're a custom home interiors company specializing in window blinds and media walls. We serve homeowners who value quality and excellent customer service experience.
We're expanding from Winnipeg to Calgary and looking for sales reps who want to grow with us.
- Base Salary + Commissions + Performance bonuses
- Realistic First-Year Earnings: $60K-$80K+
- Full-time position with paid training from day one

What You'll Actually Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners (no cold calling)
- Educate clients on custom blinds, media walls, and interior solutions
- Design solutions that fit their homes and budgets
- Close deals, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the process
- Build long-term relationships and represent the brand with integrity
Must-haves:
- Reliable vehicle (traveling across Calgary)
- Sales experience (retail, real estate, home services, design, hospitality)
- Excellent communication, comfortable in people's homes
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Customer-first mindset
Bonus points:
- Home improvement, design, or luxury sales background
- Knowledge of Calgary market
- Prior Sales Experience
