Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and bilingual (English and Mandarin) Part-Time or Full-Time Studio Coordinator to be the welcoming face and operational hub of our new flagship location. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the dance/entertainment industry, loves connecting with people, and has a strong drive for sales and customer success. You will balance daily studio operations with proactive membership consultations, helping us turn walk-ins and inquiries into long-term members of the BGM community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Success & Sales: Act as the first point of contact for new students. Conduct membership consultations, match clients with the best dance programs, and effectively promote class packages to drive studio revenue.
- Lead Management: Respond to and nurture customer inquiries across multiple platforms (WeChat, Instagram, RED) in a timely, engaging, and professional manner to convert leads into active members.
- Daily Operations: Manage front-desk operations during scheduled shifts, including class scheduling, check-ins, and private lesson coordination.
- System Optimization: Maintain and navigate the Mindbody CRM system to ensure accurate client data, seamless bookings, and tracking of sales performance.
- Studio Environment: Ensure the studio reception, lounges, and overall environment consistently meet BGM’s brand standards.
- Event Support: Assist the management team in coordinating and executing special projects, such as video shoots, master workshops, and community performances.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Required) to serve our diverse community.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, retail, or a front-facing administrative role.
- A strong, natural sales mindset—you are comfortable making recommendations, discussing pricing, and closing sales in a consultative way.
- Familiarity with Mindbody or similar CRM systems is a strong asset.
- Experience or strong interest in the dance, fitness, or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
