We're a Continental-authorized commercial tire dealer and retreader based in Chilliwack, servicing established trucking and industrial fleet accounts across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Our commercial volume is steady year-round — this is a long-term career position, not seasonal work.
What You'll Do
- Run scheduled tire inspections at customer fleet yards: tread depths, pressures, damage, mismatched duals, casing condition
- Turn inspections into business — document findings, build the work order, get approval from the fleet's maintenance contact
- Complete the approved work on-site to spec: mount/dismount, flat repairs, valve hardware, torque and re-torque procedures
- Respond to emergency roadside service calls on a rotation
- Keep your service truck stocked, maintained, and pre-tripped; complete work orders, photos, and torque documentation
- Support the commercial shop/plant between mobile calls

What We Need
- 2+ years hands-on commercial truck tire experience; mobile/roadside service experience strongly preferred
- Valid Class 5 BC driver's licence with a clean abstract (abstract required before hire); air brake endorsement an asset
- Physically capable of the job: repeated lifting of 50–75+ lb tires, maneuvering wheel assemblies well over 100 lbs using proper equipment, working outdoors year-round in all weather
- Flexible on start and finish times — our days move with fleet schedules — and available for the on-call rotation
- Meticulous about torque procedures and documentation — wheel-off prevention is non-negotiable here
- Professional and reliable in front of customers — you are the face of this company in their yards
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Schedule: Monday to Friday plus Saturdays, flexible hours — some early mornings, some later finishes. After-hours emergency calls on rotation.
