Job Title: Licensed Customer Care Advisor - LLQP

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact clients regarding missed payments and provide appropriate solutions to maintain coverage
- Manage payment recovery processes in accordance with company guidelines
- Address policy updates, coverage changes, cancellations, refunds, and general service inquiries
- Respond to cancellation requests by understanding concerns, reinforcing policy value, and identifying retention opportunities
- Deliver clear, accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Resolve client concerns and escalate complex matters as required
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all client interactions
- Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Monitor trends related to cancellations and payment issues and provide feedback for process improvement
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and quality reviews to enhance service delivery
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a call centre environment (service, sales, retention, or collections)
- LLQP certification
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster client trust
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other client-facing industries preferred
- Comfortable explaining financial matters and policy details clearly and confidently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and client management tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven environment
