Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting architectural design and project execution across residential construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced drafting and modeling tools to bring architectural concepts to life.

Pay is per hour and is based solely on experience of applicant.
Experience:
Min. 3 year experience. Residential experience preferred.
Duties Include:
- Building Design
- Working Drawings
- Preparation of Permit Packages
- 3D modeling in Revit
- Rendering in Twinmotion and AI + Photoshop
- Site visits
- Communication with Clients
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and execution of working drawings
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit required.
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Must be able to provide own transportation.
- Building code knowledge required.
- Knowledge in Revit.
- Residential Design Experience Preferred.
