Sterling Ford Sales has an immediate opening for a full-time, bilingual Service Advisor. We are a fast growing, high volume dealership, offering a competitive salary with pension and benefits package.

- Honest and trustworthy.
- Bilingual (French / English).
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive service advising.
Daily responsibilities for a member of the service team include:
- Greeting clients and assessing their needs.
- Providing helpful & knowledge-based information regarding various Ford makes & models.
- Advising clients regarding each vehicle’s service and maintenance plan.
- Responding to service related questions (i.e. after consulting with Technicians).
- Communicating with Technicians and identifying problems, repairs and possible alternatives.
- Discussing warranty protection options with clients.
- Managing each client interaction from start to finish.
- Arranging shuttle service as needed.
- Ensuring each client has a positive experience.
- Working with Managers and Senior Management Team as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
