Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Débosseleur to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly removing dents and imperfections from vehicle bodies using specialized techniques and tools. Your expertise will help ensure our customers’ vehicles are restored to the highest quality standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence in collision repair.
Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to carefully remove dents and deformations from vehicle panels
- Assess damage areas accurately to determine the best debossing approach
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to handle vehicle parts safely and efficiently
- Apply mechanical knowledge to ensure proper alignment and finishing of repaired surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet quality standards
- Document work performed and communicate progress clearly throughout the repair process
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive bodywork techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair equipment
- Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts safely and perform physical tasks regularly
- Experience working with automotive collision repairs or similar environments is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid mechanic experience or relevant technical training is advantageous

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
