Mother Hubbard's Kitchens is one of Atlantic Canada's leading custom kitchen manufacturers and is growing its stone fabrication division. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Stone Fabrication Production Worker to join our evening shift team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with stone fabrication is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the fabrication of quartz and stone countertops.
- Operate cnc machines
- Polish, clean, inspect, and prepare countertops for installation.
- Load, unload, and move stone slabs and finished products safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow production schedules and quality standards.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or construction experience is considered an asset.
- Previous stone fabrication experience is an asset but not required.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is an asset.
